Jim Healthy is the founder of Jim Healthy Publications and the creator of The 30-Day Diabetes Cure. He has been a health writer and researcher for more than 40 years and has helped break the news about the biggest natural health and healing breakthroughs of our time. He is the author of The Healing Kitchen and Arthritis Interrupted with Dr. Stephen Sinatra, and The Healthy Body Book. Jim continues to challenge conventional thinking and promote scientifically-validated, but often ignored or undervalued methods of healing and health-improvement. His newest book is Diabetes Heroes, written with David Spero, RN.

drDrey Matthew Fisher, DPT, holds a BS in Exercise and Sport Science from George Washington University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont. As a clinician, he specializes in the prevention and treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries. He is also an adjunct faculty member in the Exercise Science department at the Santa Fe Community College in Santa Fe, NM. He enjoys running, triathlon, cycling and rock climbing with his wife, Sarah near their home in Santa Fe, NM.
Jon Frederickson, MSW is co-chair of the Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) Training Program at the Washington School of Psychiatry, Chair of the ISTDP Training Program of the Norwegian ISTDP Society, founder of the ISTDP Institute at www.istdpinstitute.com, and a faculty member of the Laboratorium Psykoeducaji in Warsaw and the Italian Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association in Treviso. He trains therapists in the U.S., Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Italy, and Poland. And he is the author ofPsychodynamic Psychotherapy: Learning to Listen from Multiple Perspectives and the forthcoming Co-Creating Change: Effective Dynamic Therapy Techniques.
David Spero, RN is a multiple award-winning health writer, author of The Art of Getting Well (Hunter House 2002) and Diabetes: Sugar-coated Crisis (New Society 2006.) He writes for Diabetes Self-Management and Diabetes Health magazines and has a regular column on www.diabetesselfmanagement.com. He has been a registered nurse for 35 years and has lived with multiple sclerosis for 25 years. He speaks at diabetes conferences and events around the country and teaches physicians, diabetes educators and patients how to recover from chronic illness and help others do so.
Deirdre Rawlings, Ph.D, ND, has helped clients overcome pain and fatigue, increase their energy, and attain optimum levels of health and wellness using the healing power of food and nutrition for more than a decade.  She is the founder of Nutri-Living.com and FoodsForFibromyalgia.com websites, and author of several books on nutrition and healing. Deirdre is a traditional naturopath, certified nutritionist, sports nutritionist, master herbalist, and certified health and wellness coach. She holds a Ph.D. in holistic nutrition, a Master's in holistic nutrition, a Master's in herbal medicine, and is board certified by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board, and Wellcoaches. ®

Elizabeth Shimer Bowers is a freelance writer who specializes in health, fitness and medical topics.
